Kevin Laurence Co-Presenting in Strafford Legal’s Webinar "Patent Reexamination and Patent Reissue as Litigation Tools"

Strafford Legal is offering a webinar titled "Patent Reexamination and Patent Reissue as Litigation Tools."  In the webinar, Kevin Laurence will co-present with Scott McKeown of Ropes & Gray LLP.  They will explain the strategic use of reexamination and reissue for patent owners in comparison with amendment options at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”). The webinar will also cover use of continuation practices and pre-litigation rehabilitation of problem patent claims. On the challenger side, the webinar will explain use of reexamination as an alternative to review proceedings before the PTAB.
