Kevin Laurence Continues Service as Adjunct Professor for 6th Year at GWU Law School
Kevin Laurence will co-teach a course titled USPTO Post-Grant Proceedings during Spring 2020 at the George Washington University Law School. He has served as an adjunct professor at the George Washington University Law School teaching the USPTO Post-Grant Proceedings course since 2015. The course covers all post-grant proceedings conducted before the Patent Office including inter partes reviews, post-grant reviews, covered business method reviews, reexaminations, reissues, derivation proceedings, and supplemental examinations.
The course is offered once a year. Over the last five years, 171 students have completed the course. Enrollment for the course has averaged over 30 students.
