PTAB Terminates IPRs Against Patents of L&P Client Peloton

Yesterday, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) terminated IPR2019-00294, IPR2019-00295, IPR2019-00564, and IPR2019-01411 against U.S. Patent Nos. 9,174,085; 9,233,276; 9,861,855; and 10,322,315, respectively.  The patents are owned by Peloton Interactive, Inc., and the inter partes reviews (IPRs) were filed by Flywheel Sports, Inc.  L&P represented Peloton in the IPRs.
