L&P Client Settles Patent Dispute

Laurence & Phillips IP Law (L&P) client MyPort, Inc. has settled its patent dispute with Samsung.  MyPort is the owner of several patents relating to cataloging and retrieving photographs, including U.S. Patent Nos. 9,832,017, 10,327,067, and 10,721,066.  L&P represented MyPort in inter partes reviews (IPRs) of those patents at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in case nos. IPR2023-00023, IPR2023-00024, and IPR2023-00025.  L&P partner Matt Phillips was lead counsel for MyPort in those IPRs.
