Kevin Laurence will participate as a panelist in a webinar hosted by IPWatchdog on December 13, 2022 titled: The Impact of Director Vidal on the PTAB. The other panelists include Scott McKeown, partner at Ropes & Gray and James Carmichael, former APJ and founder of Carmichael IP, and the conversation will be moderated by Gene Quinn, founder of IPWatchdog. The webinar will take a look back on the major developments from 2022, the changes to the PTAB ushered in by Director Vidal, as well as the potential for legislative reforms and rulemaking in 2023.
