L&P Prevails in Appeal at the PTAB for Varex Imaging Corporation

The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office today issued a decision reversing all examiner rejections in U.S. Patent Appl. No. 15/717,389 (Appeal No. 2022-002145), an application owned by Varex Imaging Corporation.  The application relates to electrical connection configurations for cathode assemblies of X-ray tubes.  The case was transferred to Laurence & Phillips IP Law (L&P) so the appeal could be handled by L&P attorney Derek Meeker.  “We are able to leverage 18 years of experience from appeals to obtain favorable results,” explained Derek Meeker.
