L&P Attorneys Author Blog Post as CBMs Sunset

On the day that the CBM (covered business method) patent review law expired, Laurence & Phillips IP Law (L&P) attorneys Kevin Laurence and Matt Phillips provided a guest post on the FedCircuitBlog, which provides excellent coverage of news from the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  The post explored the jurisprudence that developed concerning stays of litigation pending CBM reviews.  L&P’s attorneys are highly experienced in Federal Circuit appeals, particularly from the PTO’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and Matt Phillips is a former Federal Circuit law clerk, having clerked for Judge Alan D.
