L&P Continues Representation of Peloton at PTAB

L&P entered an appearance today on behalf of its client Peloton Interactive, Inc. in the third of three inter partesreviews (IPRs) filed by Flywheel Sports, Inc.  The patents at issue in the IPRs are U.S. Patent Nos. 9,861,855; 9,174,085, and 9,233,276.  Peloton, the pioneer of at-home exercise equipment and manufacturer of award-winning exercise bicycles, has sued Flywheel for infringement of those patents in a high-profile case in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.  

The cases are IPR2019-00294, IPR2019-00295, and IPR2019-00564 at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
