Strafford Legal is offering a webinar on practice before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) titled "Evolving PTAB Trial Practice:  Navigating Complex Procedural Rules."  In the webinar, Kevin Laurence will co-present with Scott McKeown of Oblon, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, L.L.P.  They will cover decisions from the PTAB over the past year to identify guidance issued by the PTAB and best practices for strategic trial practice before the PTAB.
